Shipping Information

     

      • Available Countries: United States, Canada, and most international destinations worldwide (Europe, Australia, Asia, Latin America, and more). Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible — check during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

        Shipping costs are set by Blanka, our fulfillment partner, and are not included in product prices. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

        Order Tracking & Lost Packages
        : Track via the email confirmation. We are not responsible for carrier delays (weather, customs, etc.). If lost, we’ll work with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

    Returns and Exchanges

       

        • Eligible for Return/Exchange:

             

              • Items damaged during shipping/mailing (e.g., broken packaging or defective product upon arrival) — subject to approval.

              • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

          • Not Eligible:

               

                • Any opened or used products (hygiene and safety reasons — including skincare, grooming, hair care, body care, soaps, serums, washes, oils, creams, etc.).

                • Change of mind or preference.

                • Sale, discounted, or final-sale items.

                • Custom or personalized orders.

            • Exchange Process for Damaged Items:

                 

                  • We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days.

                  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement (same item) at no extra cost (or refund if out of stock). Return shipping is on us for approved damage claims (US/Canada only; international customers pay return shipping).

              • Return Process for Other Eligible Items:

                   

                    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

                    • Pack securely in original packaging and ship back within 7 days of approval.

                    • Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

                    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

                • How to Initiate:

                     

                      1. Email support@prestigebynature.com with order details and photos (for damage).

                      1. We’ll provide instructions and approve or deny.

                      1. Ship back with tracking (customer pays unless damage-related and approved).
