Shipping Information
We ship from our facilities in North America (United States and Canada) for freshness and reliability. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

- Available Countries: United States, Canada, and most international destinations worldwide (Europe, Australia, Asia, Latin America, and more). Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible — check during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking & Lost Packages: Track via the email confirmation. We are not responsible for carrier delays (weather, customs, etc.). If lost, we’ll work with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We want you to be completely satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging (seals/tags intact).

- If approved, we’ll send a replacement (same item) at no extra cost (or refund if out of stock). Return shipping is on us for approved damage claims (US/Canada only; international customers pay return shipping).
